"We've had a fantastic coaching session with Graham. His patience and clear feedback has helped to improve our riding. All the while he kept it feeling relaxed and positive. Despite the two of us wanting different things from the coaching Graham was able to help us both with specific areas and skills and was able to teach in a variety of ways - demonstrating technique; filming and analysing our riding and setting up different situations to develop our skills. "I've had a couple of sessions with Graham working on a few different things like brake control, cornering, using the trail to get the best out of the ride and confidence building. I've come away from both sessions with new found confidence in my abilities and the skill set to go with it. He has a great way of simplifying the trail and breaking it down into bite size chunks so nothing seems quite as overwhelming. He's a super friendly guy, makes everyone feel at ease and just generally good craic! A calming influence that makes you believe you're good to give everything a go! "I bought my teenage son a day with Sublime Rides for his birthday, and decided to join them to improve my own skills on a bike. We had a wonderful day. The routes were well chosen; challenging enough to push our skills without being intimidating and with a wide variety of terrain to help us employ different riding styles. Graham’s teaching was top notch, helping us to develop new skills and refine existing ones without ever seeming to interrupt the ‘flow’ of the day’s riding. His preparation and planning were excellent allowed the day to go really smoothly without anything detracting from why we were there. The location was spot on for what we wanted to work on - steep and tight with plenty of shade as it was very hot! - and the coaching was delivered perfectly, in a relaxed and casual way that motivated me to really work without putting me under any pressure. Graham's communication was wonderful, always ensuring I fully understood what we were working on. And I also left feeling I had plenty to carry on working on with to continue the improvements we made.
