"I have been coaching and guiding in the Lake District for over ten years, and riding for even longer! I grew up in the small tourist village of Windermere and became a qualified Mountain Bike Leader and Coach, leaving no stone unturned on some of the best Mountain Biking the UK has on offer.
I live for helping people progress their riding, be it coaching them down the trail and improving their ability or showing them around some new trails, giving people the confidence to get outside!
In my spare time I bet you can guess where you will find me… riding my bike! It could be out on the fells, down the pump track or even cruising the lanes in search of the perfect brew."
Coaching is our true passion here at Sublime and we are proud to have coached hundreds of people over the years. With each session tailored to your needs we can cover anything you have been struggling with, from body position right the way through to bunny hops or even railing that turn. Working on yourself could be the best upgrade you have ever made on your bike!

We believe in a little and often when it comes to coaching, our most popular package has been the Three Session voucher.
We also offer Half Day or even 1.5 hour sessions, which can be good if you have something specific you would like to work on or if you are short for time.
Of course we still offer Full Day's for those who would prefer that. Just book in on our website and hey presto!

Decompression time is important for learning new things, so having your coaching in bite sized chunks means you can practice what you've learned before your next session. Whether it's nailing those turns, overcoming that rock garden, or even just controlling your speed. We are here to help!
Each session is generally three hours long and we can fit in and around your busy schedule. During the summer months we even offer evening sessions!
We get a lot of questions about our coaching and guiding. You can find more answers on our FAQ page here:

Please turn up in your normal riding kit, including appropriate shoes and an in-date helmet. Be prepared for the day ahead, pack a waterproof, snacks and water. Also please pack a spare inner tube for your bike. We always recommend bringing an extra warm layer just incase.
